Literacy Center highlighted by Augusta Chronicle for national recognition

AUGUSTA, GA. – The Augusta University Literacy Center was just named a National Exemplary Model by the National Reading Styles Institute. Dr. Mari Carbo, founder and executive director of the National Reading Styles Institute, presented the literacy center with the award via a live video projection. With the honor, nationwide instructors will visit the local facility to research how Augusta University techniques have garnered uncommon results.
